PrimoCombi 360 multihead weigher Features:
Two Multi-head weighing machines available, each machine having 10 Heads, 5 liter buckets, Both upgraded to dimpled buckets. They were together at factory so comes with one touch screen display and control box that runs both the machines.(Like new, barely used. Not even a scratch on them. They were purchased for over US100K each a couple years ago.)
It is the first open frame multihead weigher to be ever released in the world and is known for its user-friendliness, data reporting, and sanitation advantages. This machine is run by 360 Operating software which has changed the way businesses look at packaging. Users now experience minute reporting, remote operation, and the “state of the art” Crystal Reports for a wider scope of control and insight.
1. DESIGNED FOR SANITATION PrimoCombi Combination Weigher is designed to appear clean and uncluttered. Its mechanical design allows no room for bacteria to hide. design eliminates the risk of water penetration within the controls of the scale by separating the electronics as opposed to having to spray water directly over the electronics during sanitation. The PrimoCombi™ comes standard with single discharge chutes; we do not charge for increased performance and production output. Also standard is the first ever single post hopper assembly which allows you to now adjust product inflow in seconds and rotates out of the way for product changeover and sanitation. 2. It has a tool-less adjustable and rotating hopper that promotes better product flow and offers convenience during cleaning and product changeover. 3. This multihead weigher is equipped with smarter electronics. These machines are in USA and is part of a larger stock consisting of 1 machine - Ishida CCW-RZ-214W-S/15-WP Multihead Weigher.
