Building on our 50 plus year history of case and pallet handling systems, we now offer the robotic range of palletisers. Utilising the latest in robot and gripper technology we can deliver a completely integrated solution.
Standalone Robot: in its most basic form a single robot with an advanced gripper can be used to unstack empty pallets, place pallet boards and/or slip sheets and palletise cases. This can be done either directly on the floor (for hand trolley/forklift/LGV removal) or onto powered pallet conveyors.
Modular Systems: one or more robots can be integrated with a remote pallet dispenser and pallet handling equipment to deliver a large and flexible system.

In fact, the IRB660 has the versatility, reach and handling capacity to meet the demands of just about any palletizing application.

Various designs available from vacuum, mechanical and servo with options for pallet and layer sheet handling
Pallet Stacking
Pallets can be loaded directly on the floor for removal by forklift, hand trolley or LGV, alternatively onto a powered pallet conveyor

We have done multiple Robotic Palletising Systems using ABB, KUKA, Fanuc Robots. Many of the installations have single robot handling production from multiple production lines. Expertise in handling product that is of odd shape, bulging cartons, customized solutions taking care of space constraints and future plans.
With the advent of COBOTS, we have started building palletisers with Collaborative Robots as well.
