Consistent and perfect carton or tray erection is critical for the efficient operation of a top load cartoning system. Bradman Lake offer two Carton / Tray Erectors, the mechanical model HS that uses a direct placement system. HSS utilising a reciprocating shuttle carton feed with an operating speed of up to 75 strokes per minute. Both machines use factory set tooling that are both quick and easy to size change and ensure repeatability.
